Copyright, usage rights, and access control
All videos, course materials, guides, templates, images, and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of ITTeam / BestAI Academy unless otherwise stated. Libraries receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital content according to the selected license package.
Allowed usage
- Viewing by authorized learners
- Staff training where included
- Internal educational use inside the purchasing library
- Group screening only when the Public Library Learning License is purchased
- Use of downloadable materials according to the license terms
Not allowed
- Copying, downloading, recording, or redistributing videos
- Uploading content to another platform
- Sharing login credentials
- Selling, sublicensing, or republishing the content
- Using the materials for commercial third-party training without written approval
- Public screening unless explicitly included in the license
Access model
- Library selects course, bundle, or digital package.
- BestAI Academy provides a quote or catalog price.
- Library receives LMS access through SkillsUp Academy.
- Authorized users can view the content during the access period.
- Downloadable materials are available according to the license type.
No recurring subscription is required for the initial catalog offering. Products can be purchased as one-time digital course access or package access.
Languages and localization
Current catalog content is available primarily in English. Hebrew versions, translated guides, localized examples, and public-library-specific learning tracks may be added to the catalog over time.
